All Premium Package reports are typically delivered within 12 hours of receiving a valid VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) or HIN (Hull Identification Number). Please ensure your information is accurate before submission.
Refund Policy Exception – Non-Delivery
If you have placed an order and have not received your report within 12 hours, you are eligible to request a full refund by contacting our live support within that timeframe.

Once the report has been sent to the email provided at the time of order, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
